Test your Real media player

This webcast is distributed using REAL Networks technologies. You can view the broadcast using either version of RealPlayer 8 Basic or the RealOne Player. You may already have one of these players on your computer. If you see and hear the embedded clip below, your player is installed into your browser.

A streaming audio & video clip will play. If you see and hear the media stream, your player will show the live internet broadcast. If you do have the player installed yet you do not see the clip you may be able to resolve the issue by consulting the Real system support pages.

You can download the most recent FREE version of RealOne Player* by clicking on either the Windows PC link or MAC link icon below. You do not need to purchase the upgrade version offered at the website. (Windows 95 users can download RealPlayer 8, the previous version, by clicking here.) RealOne player is the current version for Windows. RealPlayer 8 is the most current Mac version. (A pre-release version of RealOne Player for OSX - OSX only - was recently announced, but it is in beta-testing and is not yet available).

  • 300 MHz Intel Pentium III processor or greater (supports simultaneous record/playback features)
  • 128MB of RAM
  • 56Kpbs modem
  • Full Duplex sound card and speakers
  • 65,000-color video display card set to display at 800x600 or higher (video)
  • Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 4 or later, Windows XP
  • IE 5.0 or later
